Hosted by Garimo, maker of UP N' ATOM brand Organic Soaps. The class will be held in his studio, located at:
5243 Hwy. 9 Felton, California.
(about 1 mile toward Santa Cruz from Felton.)
Garimo's soap making interests lean toward making luxury soaps using natural and organic ingredients.
The classes will be,
The first day we'll look at soaps and talk about the process, ingredients and tools.
The class will focus on developing formulas and making small batches in home kitchens.
After watching a -step by step- demonstration batch made, the class will then break into groups and each group will develop a recipe and share *hands on* making a batch of soap.
The following Saturday, each group will unmold their soap, cut into bars and trade so each classmate can take home a variety of different handmade soaps.
Class cost is $90.00 and includes materials fees.
Class size limited to 12 participants, if the class fills we'll schedule a second class.

If you need to cancel -for any reason- contact me soon as possible. If we CAN fill your space (assuming the class is full), you will receive a refund. If we cannot fill your space, unfortunately there will be no refund or future class credit given. If you cannot make the workshop, you have the option of sending someone else in your place, just let me know in advance.
